Avon Commission Levels: For your first campaign, you will receive a guaranteed 40% earnings on core products and 20% on fixed earnings products when you submit your order online. For the next three campaigns (each campaign runs two weeks), when you submit an order online and on time for $50 or more and pay for it on time, you will earn 40% commission on all core products (any product with four diamonds next to it in the catalog means it is a fixed earnings product on which you will earn 20%).
