Does that mean our life directions are doomed to fail from the start, or we cannot achieve the Success we dream of? Of course not.

Let’s be realistic, if Network Marketing, Direct Selling, online marketing, Multi-Level Marketing and Home Based Businesses was a breeze, everybody would be doing it. But, it’s not for everyone. If you have the Passion, Drive, Motivation, Determination and Commitment to do the things in life you want to do, change your current circumstances and be able to pick yourself up when the going gets tough and get back on track. You are on your way to reap your rewards and become successful like the following entrepreneurs, who had their own trials, tribulations and failures in Business.

We live in a time where everything is at our fingertips, yet we regularly take it for granted. Why is it that we could easily chase our dreams, but instead we often settle down for a mediocre life full of poverty and debt? I know I can speak for most of you when I say it was not your intention to end this way.

When we were young, many dreamed about inventing new technology, becoming a professional skate boarder, or even an intergalactic fighter pilot in a distant galaxy! Rowling was once dependent on surviving on welfare to now becoming one of the richest women in the world in a span of only five years through her hard work and determination. According to Forbes, published in March 2011, Rowling’s was named in the world billionaire’s list, net worth estimated at US$1 billion.

Since the formation of the English rock band in 1960, The Beatles, known as the “Fab Four” became a household name and one of the most critically acclaimed and commercially successful bands in the history of Rock and Roll.

That Edison was fired from his first two jobs for being “non-productive”.  As an inventor, during his attempt to invent the light bulb, tried unsuccessful more than a 1,000 times before he got it right. When a reporter asked Edison how it felt to fail 1,000 times, he said that he didn’t fail all those attempts, but merely, the light bulb was an invention with a 1,000 steps.

Disney went bankrupt quite a few times before he built his Disneyland Empire. In fact, the original proposed park was rejected by the city of Anaheim, California, on the assumption that it would only attract the “riffraff”.

What would have happened if these Entrepreneurs had given up, believing they were doomed to failure from the beginning and would never achieve success. Do you think they ever felt frustrated, rejected, disillusioned and depressed? Sure they did. But they didn’t allow all the negativity and criticism to overshadow them, to overpower their determination and desire to succeed. In every circumstance the outcome was a Success, far greater than their expectations and wildest dreams.

Negative experiences can be viewed as positive in hindsight. They can be stepping stones rather than stumbling blocks. It’s your choice. But, be determined to never give up and quit your dreams.
